One Clubhouse Lane South Homeowners Association (OCHLS HOA) consists of 276 homes that are built around holes 14 through 18 of the Harbour Pointe Golf Course in Mukilteo, WA. We occupy the SOUTH half of the One Clubhouse Lane development. The HOA is managed by a board of volunteers with Morris Management assisting with day-to-day operations.
Our Association also owns and maintains the following parks and walking trail in our community (see the Community Map for more details).
