One Clubhouse Lane South Homeowners Association (OCHLS HOA) consists of 276 homes that are built around holes 14 through 18 of the Harbour Pointe Golf Course in Mukilteo, WA. We occupy the SOUTH half of the One Clubhouse Lane development.
The Association is managed by a board of volunteers, with VIS Group Inc. assisting with day-to-day operations. It also owns and maintains the following parks and walking trail in our community (see the Community Map for more details).
Serving on the Board can be a rewarding and educational experience and a wonderful way to participate in and contribute to our community. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact the Association Manager.
